2026-27 LIBRARY VOTE & TRUSTEE ELECTION Tuesday, April 14th, 2026 10:00am to 8:00pm in the library. There will be a special budget meeting Wednesday, February 18th at 7pm. The library’s annual report and proposed budget will be available on this page March 1. Trustee Petitions available at the library starting February 13 One position is up for election on the Board of Trustees, presently held by John Gagliano. This position is a five (5) year term of office, beginning July 1, 2026, and expiring on June 30, 2031. If you are interested in running for office, you must: Be a current resident of the Deer Park School District and may only be nominated by petition. Return a completed petition to the Director’s Office no later than 5pm on March 16.  *Trustee petitions must be signed by at least 25 qualified voters of the school district, and shall include the address of each signer.
