Homebound Delivery Program
Thank you for your interest in our Homebound Book Delivery Program.
Please sign and return the below forms, which include the application, responsibility form, and reading history permission form. In addition to those forms, please include a list of reading preferences. Once we receive them, you will be enrolled in the program.
A librarian will call you a week or two before the delivery date to ask how many items you would like and how many we will be picking up. We normally pick up and deliver on the last Thursday of the month—typically between 10-2pm. We will notify you should the date need to be changed for that month.
