You will need your child’s current, unexpired Deer Park Library Card to register for any of our programs.  Please Note:  Our new system will not accept an adult card to register for a children’s program.  Login with your child’s barcode number and password.  Please call or visit with any questions. LIBRARY CARD REGISTRATION POLICY
Adult Patron:  To obtain a library card, you must provide a current New York State Driver’s License OR 2 (two) recent proofs of address, ex. bank statement, utility or telephone bill.
Juvenile/YA Patron:  A child under 18 years of age must have a parent or guardian sign the card application after showing any of the above identification.  Once the child reaches 18, he/she must show proof of age and proof of current Deer Park address.
Temporary Digital Account:  This eCard will give patrons access to Livebrary electronic resources and OverDrive and will have a 30-day expiration (from the creation date.)  The signup link is: https://www.livebrary.com/getacard
